Reservation Terms
- Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount.
- Minimum stay is 5 nights, but shorter stays are also possible, depending on occupancy rates.
- Check in:14.00h (when possible, we will be happy to make it earlier).
- Check out: 12.00h (if possible, we’ll try to give you more time if you have a late flight).
- Eco tax NOT included. €2.20 per adult per night.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations of 14 nights or more (1 room for 14 nights or 2 rooms for 7 nights), the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made over 1 month prior arrival, 5% of the total stay will be retained.
- No show or early departure. The total amount will be charged, unless the room can be rented for the same duration.
- Travel/Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.
- Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are not refundable, unless the room can be rented for the same duration.
- In the event that Spain / Ibiza / Balearic Islands is closed to tourism, then all deposits will be refunded.
