In Can Talaias, Food matters a lot … we like to keep it simple but take great care in selecting products of the best quality … fresh local vegetables and herbs, from our garden as much as possible, fish from the market and free range meat … that we then cook with a lot of love and care .
Our philosophy is to keep our guests happy , make sure they leave with very found memories, for this we adapt to all diets( Vegetarian ,Vegan , Celiac, paleo … allergies and intolerances … , and to kids of course, for all ages … simple pastas to fish or chicken with fresh vegetables, baby purees … you name it we do it !
So here is how it works …
BREAKFAST ( 8h30 to 12h 00 )
(although earlier is possible by arrangement)
Sit on the terrasse, Stare at the shinny sea while slowly shaping the day … pick a beach, go the a market …and do not much at all !!
It is served at the table and includes tea or coffee of course, a selection of bread and croissants, butter ,jams, fresh orange juice, fresh fruit salad with yogurt muesli and honey ( or to your taste ) , ham and cheese ( with fresh grated tomatoe and olive oil ) , eggs ( fried scramble or boiled ) . Bacon is charged extra ( as it is organic ) .
Gluten free bread , vegan milks …available …
LUNCH ( 13h – 16h )
Pick a nice table in the shade of a tree … on your way back from a morning reading at the pool, a nice walk to Cala Mastella to the village ,or an early beach session …
We serve a selection of nice salads, pastas, omelettes … tapas plates …
DINNER (19h – 21h low season ) ( 19h – 22h june/july/august )

Watch the sun go down with a nice drink , … or the moon rise behind the hills over the sea …
We have a black board that changes every night . with 3 starters and main courses …We again go for simple but homemade and delicious . Here are a few of our classics so you get an idea of what we do , but again flexibility is our thing so we are open to suggestions …

As we do love our food, so do we love our wines … we have a nice selection in our bodega, mostly spanish wines and from Ibiza too.
During the day it runs as an honesty bar, also available if you come back late at night .
